Practice matches dreamed Hong Kong before selection round while they beat test playing team Zimbabwe by 4 wickets and beat also Netherlands. But they did not after coming in the original. After defeating against Nepal they also defeated by Afghanistan.

To commemorate the team's first World Cup against Bangladesh Honk Kong captain expects 'A new start.' 'We have got ODI status. Now would show up better against certain teams. Consecutively we have lost after coming in first World Cup. We need to shake off the disappointment and want to make a new history.'
